Juan Carlos Bolcich did his Ph.D. in physics at Instituto Balseiro, Centro Atómico Bariloche, Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica. He is professor of physics at the moment. In 1996 he founded the Argentine Hydrogen Association and has been its President ever since. He was the Founder and has been the President of Technology Innovation Association of Río Negro Province, since 1998. He was the President of the XII World Conference for Hydrogen Energy. Currently, he is a member of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy (I.A.H.E.), as well as the promoter  and Director of  the Wind Hydrogen Experimental Plant in Pico Truncado, Province of  Santa Cruz. Dr. Bolcich has presided the Argentina National Workgroup for the ISO TC/197 about Hydrogen since 1997.
